Steps and procedures for applying the service

1. Complete application form (online)
2. Pay the prescribed fee
3. Attach below documents:

• Copy of the valid UAE ID card
• Valid scientific and training, commercial diver certificates certified by the competent
  authority and recognised by IMCA – International Marine Contractors Association with relevant
  experience
• Health Certificate related to diving fitness (from the competent authority)
• Certificate of Good Conduct and Behaviour from the competent authorities
• Personal coloured photo
