- Complete application form (online)
- Pay the prescribed fee
- Attach below documents:
- Copy of the Valid UAE ID card
- Valid scientific and training, commercial diving supervisor certificates certified by the
competent authority and recognized by IMCA – International Marine Contractors Association with
relevant experience - Health Certificate related to diving fitness (from the competent authority)
- Certificate of Good Conduct and Behaviour from the competent authorities
- Personal coloured photo
