- Complete application form (online)
- Pay the prescribed fee
- Attach below documents:
- Ship Registry Certificate
- List of numbers and types of marine safety equipment (life saving devices and equipment, life
jackets and firefighting equipment) with all necessary certificates - Vessel Particular / Design, and General Arrangement Plan
- Ship Radio License Certificate
- Insurance Certificate
- Name and address of the owner
- UAE ID or passport attested copy
- Copy of Trade License
- Copy of the Custom Cearance Certificate
- Copy of cancellation of last registry
- Copy of the mortgage contract of the boat
- Valid certificate of passing the technical examination of the boat
