No Objection Certificate to Marine Infrastructure Projects (Processing Payment)
Payment processing for NOC issued to establishment, contractor, or consultant undertaking marine infrastructure projects through common E – NOC system.
Objective
Ensuring all maritime infrastructure are built and maintained as per the applicable standards and codes and all stages of the project comply with design code for maritime infrastructure minimum standards
Customer Journey
Payment Process:
- Register in online portal as corporate user
- Complete online application
- Submit required documents
- Pay prescribed fee
- Print the payment confirmation certificate/receipt from the online system or through the link provided via email
- Upload payment confirmation certificate/receipt on the common E-NOC system https://noc.dmt.gov.ae
