Steps and procedures for applying the service

1. Complete application form (online)
2. Pay the prescribed fee
3. Attach below documents:

• Safe Manning Certificate (as required)
• Registry Certificate (as applicable)
• List of numbers and types of marine safety equipment (life saving devices and equipment, life
  jackets and firefighting equipment) with all necessary valid certificates
• Ship Details/ Specifications, Design and General Arrangement Plan
• Ship Radio License Certificate
• Insurance Certificate
• Class Certificate (as required)
• Small Passenger Ship Safety Certificate Inland Waters/ Exemption Certificate
• Name and address of the owner
• UAE ID or passport attested copy
• Copy of Trade License
• Copy of the Custom Clearance Certificate (as applicable)
• Copy of cancellation of last registry (as applicable)
• A copy of the mortgage contract of the boat
• Valid Certificate of passing the technical examination of the boat
