Steps and procedures for applying the service

1. Complete application form (online)
2. Pay the prescribed fee
3. Attach below documents:

• Valid UAE ID
• Seafarers Medical Fitness Certificate (from the competent authority)
• Certificate of Good Conduct and Behaviour (from the competent authority)
• The following STCW short courses (issued under the provisions of the international convention on
  standards of training certification and watch keeping for seafarers 1978 as amended):
• Fire Prevention and Firefighting
• Personal Surviving Techniques
• Elementary First Aid
• Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities
• Proof of experience and qualifications required under STCW Code Section A-II/5 – Chapter II
  (STCW)
